Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. If you downgrade past your photo count, older photos stay visible on your profile but you can't upload more until you trim under the new cap.
Veteran is a paid plan you have to earn the right to buy. Send a note about your track record (years cooking, pop-ups run, references) — we review and unlock the tier for you. Once unlocked, you subscribe like any other tier.

Verified business accounts are $79.99/month, or $575.93/year (save $384/year, and that annual price is permanent for the life of the subscription). Verification is a 30-second phone call to your publicly listed number within 48 hours of signup — if we can't reach you in that window, we refund automatically. The subscription is the only thing we ever charge for.
